Christmas Card Writing Volunteer

Spread kindness, practice compassion, and make a difference this holiday season.

On November 30 from 7:00–8:30 p.m., children and youth are invited to join us for an evening of Christmas card writing. Together, we’ll explore thoughtful questions like who might feel alone at Christmas and why some people may fall through the cracks during the holiday season.

This is also a chance for youth to rediscover the joy of letter writing, a meaningful skill and creative hobby that is becoming less common in our digital world. Volunteer service hours are available (approximately 2–3 hours) for those interested.

While children and youth gather to create heartfelt cards to brighten someone's holiday season, mothers are invited to celebrate the hope and peace of Advent, at the Women's Advent by Candlelight.
