Rimbala is a movement and mobility class created by Dr. Daniel Rubinoff, an award-winning performer, composer, and conductor. Drawing on his expertise in Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Tai Chi, Alexander Technique, and movement analysis, Dr. Rubinoff has developed a method that pairs live, improvised music with simple, accessible movements. Every class is unique, shaped by the participants themselves, and designed to enhance both physical ability and cognitive functionin a joyful and interactive way.
At Rosedale, Movement & Mobility is more than an exercise, it is an oportnity to strengthen your body, stimulate your mind, and connect with others in a supportive and encouraging space. Whether you are looking to improve stability, boost your energy, or simply share in the joy of music and movement, this program offers a proven and enjoyable path to better health. There are 2 ways to register:
- $275 for the full term (11 sessions)
- $30 per single class
Payment can be made:
- In person via cash, cheque, debit/credit prior to the start of the
- By etransfer to churchoffice@rosedaleunited.org in advance of your class (please note Movement&M in the notes section)
